Book a meeting

A no-cost conversation. No obligation beyond it.

Every engagement begins with a discovery conversation. Use the calendar below to pick a time that suits you, or take the diagnostic first if you would like to arrive with a clearer picture of where the gaps may be.

What the conversation covers

A focused, unhurried discovery

Typically around 45 minutes. Designed to give you a clear picture of what the Aetas for Charities offers and whether it is the right fit for your organisation. We look at what is currently in place, where financial pressure may be showing up in your team, and what a proportionate response would look like for your charity.

There is no pitch and no follow-up pressure. The aim is to give you as much clarity from the conversation as we gain from it, so that whatever happens next is based on a genuine assessment of whether and how we can help.

What to have to hand

  • A rough sense of your organisation's size, number of employees and approximate reserves
  • Any existing pension or benefits arrangements currently in place for staff
  • A sense of where you suspect financial pressure may be showing up, if anywhere
  • Any timeline considerations: trustee meetings, funder reporting cycles, budget windows

Confidentiality

Anything discussed in the discovery conversation is held in confidence. Notes are kept only to support our preparation for any follow-up. Nothing is shared with third parties or used for marketing without your explicit agreement.
